1. License Grant

This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the project to create end products for your own personal or commercial use. You may not share, distribute, or transfer the project or any derivatives of the project to any third party.

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate the license at any time by destroying the project and all copies of the project and its derivatives in your possession. The license will also automatically terminate if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this license. Upon termination, you must destroy the project and all copies of the project and its derivatives in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The project is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. BoiledSaaS makes no warranties, either express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

BoiledSaaS shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the project, even if BoiledSaaS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this license shall be brought in the courts of the United Kingdom and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Entire Agreement

This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and United Kingdom and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of this license is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
